Need a new Bathroom Suite???
I have recently noticed a new company on the Internet called Bathroom Suites Direct they are suppliers of what i have found to be very high quality products, i ordered several items from them as they were fantastically cheep compared with the likes of Bath Store and B&Q etc, however this did concern me slightly as i was worried that they may be issue with the quality of the products.
My order was as follows:
Firstly a new bath, i opted for the 1500mm ‘P-Bath’ as i have a quite narrow but wide bathroom but like the extra room that a ‘P’ shaped bath offers, it came including the side panel and a glass screen that has a lovely chrome finish to the mountings and the handle doubles as a towel holder which i was very happy about. The bath also came with an ominous looking box of bolts and bars to construct the feet, i didn’t receive any instructions with these but a quick phone call to them pointed me in the right direction for a download-able version from their website (http://support.bathroomsuitesdirect.co.uk).
In addition I ordered a vanity unit and toilet from them, I went with the largest available vanity unit at 1200mm in width as my wife constantly clogs up the side of the sink with her random beauty products leaving no room for my razor, this unit I was very impressed with as it has a double cupboard directly under the basin and two smaller cupboards to either side with small drawers above them. The toilet was a single stack or one-piece toilet if you prefer, it came with a free toilet seat which was one of those soft close things, which i have become fond off due to the lack of noise produced when the lid is dropped, it also came complete with a dual flush cystern that was pretty much assembled all my plumber needed to do was secure it to the floor and plumb up the mains water and soil pipe.
All told i am very impressed with their product and their service, the delivery driver, although they use a courier; was very polite and even called me half an hour before delivering to let me know that he was on his way. The delivery was actually booked via their website when i placed the order as there is a small drop down box where you can choose your delivery day. in my case i placed the order on Monday evening and choose Thursday as my delivery day, i then received a confirmation email the next morning to confirm that my delivery would be taking place on Thursday this week, which i must admit i was not expecting as most Bathroom companies take around two weeks to deliver. So please forgive me for my rant however if you are looking for a new bathroom suite i would definitely recommend Bathroom Suites Direct, in fact i’m planning on replacing our downstairs cloakroom suite and shower room in about two months so i wont hesitate in giving Bathroom Suites Direct my business again!
